In 2000, our founder, Miguel Ángel Albarracín Cordero, began his professional activity in the construction sector, laying the foundations for what in 2016 would become Planios, obras y servicios, S.L.

At the beginning, our projects focused on civil works, such as housing developments, roads, underground car parks, etc.

Later on, we started building projects, focusing on luxury villas in Marbella, Estepona and Sotogrande.

PLANIOS has its own staff of operatives, including foremen, journeymen and labourers who provide the necessary experience to carry out any work without depending on the contracting of outside personnel (subcontractors) and which allows us to comply with the quality, deadlines and economy of the work assigned to us.

The technical office is equipped with all the technical, computer, topographical, communication and reproduction resources necessary for the design and development of engineering and architectural projects that meet the needs required at any time.

The combination of these technical and human resources makes it possible for PLANIOS to tackle the work as quickly and efficiently as possible, trying to meet our clients’ expectations at all times, both in terms of quality and deadlines.
